Furthermore, our teams use an extensive Knowledge Base keeps to index and process this information, and keep track of the current status and schedules for short- and medium- term advances that may impact our client's businesses in the future.



Using proven creation techniques, we apply our deep knowledge on the focus markets and industries and produce a large amount of potentially innovative concepts with the new technology enablers recently made available. Each of these concepts is catalogued and evaluated against feasibility and marketability studies, in order to be green-lit for Development.



For every concept we green-lit for Development, we create a detailed business case as well as a market study. Viability is not only evaluated from a technical standpoint, but also from the business perspective - what revenue potential does this product have? In which scenarios? What would be its key selling points? At the Development stage, our team provides a detailed business plan for each mature concept. Depending on the specific market conditions, some will be green-lit for prototyping, some will be archived for later use - for timing plays a great deal in the success of a new concept in the market.



As early as in the creation stage, our IPR team will closely accompany the most promising ideas, and start working to legally protect them. We take great pride in recognizing our team member's participation in the innovation process, and legally recognize their contribution to our success. After they mature in Development, our team's engineers take the green-lit concepts and make them real. We build several types of demonstrating technology implementations, depending on the nature of the concept and its prototyping needs. Our demonstrators can range from a user experience demonstration, showcasing the user interactions and functionality, to market-ready, full-fledged, scalable implementations that can be implemented and deployed directly to the market place.
